My background

My experience includes end-user IT support in Las Vegas hospitality and managed IT services, with Windows troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 account support, and support-ticket work.

I use that experience to help home users with Windows, software, email, and Office issues through remote troubleshooting or a separately quoted on-site visit in the Las Vegas area.

How I approach a support request

I want to know what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and when it started. I’ll ask about recent changes and anything you’ve already tried so we have a useful starting point.

Before a paid session, I check whether the issue fits this service. During the session, I explain the relevant checks in writing. Afterward, I send a summary of what we found, what changed, and any next steps.

Written communication throughout

Requests, scheduling, and troubleshooting use email and chat. A phone call isn’t required. During remote access, you remain at your computer and approve the connection.

Sessions are by appointment. The first written reply is within 24 hours; the session itself depends on mutual availability.
