SESSION PRICING
Remote sessions and on-site quotes.
Remote support is $59 for up to 45 minutes on one agreed issue. On-site visits in the Las Vegas area are quoted after I review the issue and travel location.
What happens before payment
Send the issue first. I’ll reply within 24 hours to check whether the requested service is suitable. That reply is not a booking or a promise that the issue will be fixed.
Once we agree on the scope and a session time, I provide the cancellation/refund terms and send a PayPal invoice. Payment is due before the arranged session.
On-site pricing
The $59 remote session does not cover an on-site visit. I’ll provide an on-site quote after reviewing your request, including the agreed work, visit duration, and any travel charge. You can review the quote before accepting.
If the issue needs more work
The fee covers troubleshooting time, findings, and next steps. A fix isn’t guaranteed. Some problems require hardware repair, a software vendor, or additional investigation.
Any extra work needs a separate agreement. I won’t extend the paid work without discussing it with you.
No payment to submit an inquiry
If I can’t take on the issue under this service, I’ll tell you before arranging a paid session. Appointments depend on availability; emergency and 24/7 support are not offered.
